McEagle offers the following services and benefits with our Commercial Property Management program:

• Collection of rents and all common area expenses, taxes, utilities and insurance where applicable.
• Full interaction with tenants fielding suggestions and/or comments.
• Preparation of an annual Operating Expense Budget with copies sent to the owners for their review.
• Payment of all operating expenses, including mortgages, utilities, service contractors, taxes and insurance where applicable.
• Regular and spot inspection of property by our representatives to insure proper maintenance
• Enforcement of all building rules and regulations
• Prompt 24-hour response to problems
• Provide computer generated monthly financial statements and detail ledgers
• Manage bidding process with service vendors such as landscapers, general maintenance, parking lot sweepers, rubbish removal, and HVAC repair
• Holiday decorating
