In his role as Chief Financial Officer of McEagle, Lee is responsible for the reporting and compliance function. He also provides support in all real estate transactions including leasing, operations, management, development, finance and acquisitions. Lee's extensive background provides him with the experience to support McEagle's management in its development and property management activities.

In his previous roles as Chief Financial Officer or Controller of various sized real estate firms involved in "mixed use," retail and commercial projects in Kansas City, Chicago, New York City and Monte-Carlo, Monaco, Lee managed all the accounting, auditing, reporting and tax compliance functions in addition to providing financial and lease analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, lease administration and tax planning for each.

Lee's instrumental role at McEagle is to aid and support the development activities at WingHaven®; a 1,200-acre master planned mixed use "LifeWorks®" community in O'Fallon, Missouri. Based on the "LifeWorks®" philosophy the development will include over 2,200,000 square feet of research & development, 2,000 residential units and a host of amenities including a completed 18 hole golf course, hotel, learning center, dining establishments, banks, fitness center, child care facilities and shops. To date over 900 housing units have been completed and 815,000 square feet of office space has been developed, in development or committed. The community is now home to Nordyne Incorporated, MasterCard International, Midwest BankCentre and Webster University.
