Glenn is responsible for providing the building services for tenants. He has a broad knowledge of tenant construction and interior and exterior maintenance programs. He has also implemented an innovative communication plan between owners, tenants and vendors. Glenn is presently responsible for managing property for over five hundred thousand s.f. of office space and over five hundred acres of office parks.
Glenn has worked with institutional clients, including Enterprise Banking, Edward D. Jones, Fireman's Fund Insurance, GLA/Everest Technology, Nordyne, Inc., Midwest BankCentre, Webster University and General Services Administration.
