With more than 20 years of real estate experience, McEagle Principal Bruce Sokolik manages all real estate transactions for the company, including acquisitions, property development, operations, finance and management. He serves as the principal negotiator in all real estate transactions and is the primary contact for a network of financial institutions, consultants and other outsourced specialists. His broad background provides him with the skills required to coordinate both legal and financial matters.
In his previous role as chief financial officer of a major St. Louis commercial real estate firm for more than twelve years, Sokolik supervised all accounting functions in addition to providing financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting in connection with the development and construction of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. As the director of property management services, Sokolik was responsible for a portfolio valued at approximately $50 million. He also negotiated all debt financing and loan agreements, along with the administration of real estate and loan closings.
