Caledonia
Caledonia will be the region's first "experience" oriented development. Themed around "time," a casting call is going out to tenant participants across the country. The first to answer this call is the Great Escape movie theater, with a 2,200 seat, 14-screen cinema, a 130 room hotel, and retail shop space. The 35-acre site will include a mix of entertainment, specialty retail, restaurants, and office space.
