Hilton Garden Inn at NorthPark

The NorthPark Partners have announced plans for a $12 million Hilton Garden Inn as a part of the NorthPark development. The 136-room, four-story hotel will include suites, single and double rooms, as well as a restaurant. In addition to the hotel, a 5,00-square-foot conference center will be attached to the hotel. The hotel will be developed in conjunction with Lodging Hospitality Management and will join NorthPark’s current tenants, Express Scripts, Vatterott College National Headquarters and a three-story, speculative office building. It will also include state-of-the-art amenities such as meeting rooms, room service, indoor pool and fitness center.
