Hilton Garden Inn at NorthPark
The NorthPark Partners have recently completed construction on a $12 million Hilton Garden Inn as a part of the NorthPark development. The 136-room, four-story hotel includes suites, single and double rooms, as well as a restaurant. In addition to the hotel, a 5,000-square-foot conference center is attached. The hotel was developed in conjunction with Lodging Hospitality Management and joins NorthPark’s current tenants, Express Scripts, Vatterott College National Headquarters and NorthPark Business Center I. The hotel also features state-of-the-art amenities such as meeting rooms, room service, indoor pool and fitness center.
