The NorthPark Partners: McEagle and Clayco Realty Group will redevelop the 550 acres located along the eastern perimeter of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.The new development will be called NorthPark.

The master planned NorthPark envisions creating 5.5 million square feet of office/manufacturing/distribution facilities accompanied by complementary retail.

NorthPark Partners will create an entirely new infrastructure on the site to support commercial use, including road improvements and stylized streetscapes. In addition, the development will be enhanced by the Maline Creek Greenway, a major component of the Great Rivers Greenway - an interconnected system of greenways, parks and trails that wend through the St. Louis region. Combined with new civic centers that NorthPark Partners will donate to Kinloch, Ferguson and Berkeley, and other donated amenities, NorthPark will reach out to energize neighboring municipalities with enhanced educational and recreational amenities.

NorthPark has tremendous visibility and excellent access at the intersection of I-70 and I-170.
