Express Scripts
NorthPark Partners, ESI was the developer in conjunction with the University of Missouri - St. Louis of the new Express Scripts corporate headquarters. Clayco/Paric JV was the general contractor on the UMSL business park between UMSL main campus site and Interstate 70. More than 1,100 corporate positions have relocated to the 315,000-sq.ft. facility. As many as 480 additional jobs are expected to be added within the next five years.
