Barat Haven
BaratHaven is located on the Highway 40/64 corridor midway between WingHaven® Boulevard and Highway K in the city of Dardenne Prairie, MO. The development consists of over 240 acres and is designed to include retail shop space and retail outlot parcels, office and medical office space along with residential, educational and recreational components.
The development enjoys tremendous visibility on Highway 40/61. In 2007, Highway 40/61 is to be upgraded to interstate highway standards and an outer road (Technology Drive) will provide a connection to the interchanges at Highway K and WingHaven Boulevard.
